This release consolidates all three revision packs submitted on 9 August into one complete revision round. It updates the site-wide identity and navigation scale, rebuilds the Home experience around IRATOS Group’s global operational and training scope, aligns the service and course catalogues to the approved taxonomy, expands Industries to seven sectors, updates About and Contact content, and refreshes the client revision portal with current section references. All 35 logged request items below were implemented and verified on the live site.
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Header emblem | Client requested that the IRATOS emblem be enlarged by approximately 35% on every page. | Increased the shared header emblem from 38px to 51px across all six public pages while retaining responsive spacing. |
| Navigation typography | Client asked for the menu wording to be approximately 25% larger throughout the website. | Increased the desktop navigation type from 14.5px to 18px and introduced an earlier mobile-menu breakpoint to prevent crowding. |
| Group naming | Client wanted the text beside the logo simplified to IRATOS Group, without a Training or Services qualifier. | Standardised the header identity to IRATOS Group on Home and every internal page. |
| Typeface | Client requested a more visually appealing and readable font treatment. | Introduced Manrope for display headings while retaining Inter for body copy and compact technical labels. |
| Image treatment | Feedback was that imagery throughout the site should appear brighter and more vibrant while keeping overlaid text readable. | Applied section-specific brightness and saturation adjustments, with contrast protection for text and controls. |
| Approved taxonomy | Client specified that only the supplied operational, training and specialist service lists should appear in catalogues, forms and booking links. | Aligned public catalogues and selection controls to the approved service structure across Services, Courses and Contact. |
| Shared enquiry details | Client requested that the revised enquiry categories and contact details remain consistent everywhere, rather than only on the Contact page. | Updated every footer to enquiries@iratosgroup.com and Mon–Sat, 9:00am–6:00pm, and aligned enquiry links with the canonical service structure. |
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Hero media | Client requested six or seven HD images representing oil, gas, marine, petrochemical, renewable, subsea and industrial training, rotating every three seconds. | Replaced the single autoplay hero video treatment with seven sector-specific stills on a three-second cycle, including pause and reduced-motion support. |
| Hero positioning | Client asked to remove the Singapore- and training-centric headline and instead introduce IRATOS Group’s 25+ years of global inspection, repair, maintenance and training experience. | Rewrote the hero around Welcome to IRATOS Group, its three-continent reach, 25+ years of experience, full asset-life-cycle support and trusted-partner positioning. |
| Hero action menu | Client requested six modern actions for About, Operational Services, Training Services, Specialist Services, Play Video and Enquiries, with service menus available from the hero. | Added six accessible action cards. Operational and Training now expand into concise service choices; on mobile the selected menu opens inline below the action grid instead of appearing as an awkward overlay. |
| Existing responsive video | Client still wanted the short video accessible as a deliberate Play Video action rather than dominating the revised hero. | Retained the existing four-second desktop and mobile video assets in an accessible modal and did not generate additional video. |
| Proof statistics | Client requested 25+, 4,000+, Accredited & Company Based and 98% Customer Satisfaction, with larger labels, white values and coloured suffixes. | Updated the four statistics exactly as requested, enlarged the supporting type, set primary values in white and highlighted plus/percentage suffixes in green. |
| Service proof | Client wanted the proof area to represent Operational, Training and Industry Equipment Supplier capability, and suggested testimonials. | Added factual capability cards for the three requested areas. No testimonial quotations or identities were invented because verified client statements were not supplied. |
| Duplicate welcome section | Client asked to remove the standalone welcome section and move its role into the opening experience. | Removed the separate welcome block and consolidated its purpose and key message into the revised hero. |
| Training quality section | Client requested the heading Master the skills… Raise your standard!, six supplied training-quality points and a rotating set of training-related imagery. | Rebuilt the section with the requested headline, all six delivery/equipment/language/development points and a responsive rolling training-image treatment. |
| Training disciplines | Client wanted the training list restricted to the approved course families and the headline changed to Multiple disciplines. Highest standard of competence. | Applied the new headline and displayed only the canonical 16 course families in compact, accessible groups linked to Training Services. |
| Rope Access pathway | Client asked to remove the standalone pathway slide but retain its Level 1, 2 and 3 information under Rope Access. | Removed the separate pathway section and preserved the progression detail within the Rope Access course description. |
| Industries rail | Client requested the seven named sectors with vibrant imagery and continuous playback of the existing industrial-training video. | Rebuilt the rail for Oil, Gas, Marine, Petrochemical, Renewable, Subsea and Industrial Training, and retained the existing training video as a continuous supporting reel. |
| Global footprint map | Client wanted a stronger map, no detached country-name grid, interactive country identification and replacement group-footprint copy. | Strengthened the map styling, removed the visible country grid, and made all eleven locations identifiable by pointer, keyboard focus, touch labels and screen readers. Both supplied footprint paragraphs were applied. |
| Why IRATOS Training | Client requested the heading Certification expires… Maintain the highest competence, larger typography, five revised benefits and relevant training imagery. | Updated the heading and all five benefits, increased the local type scale, added vibrant training imagery and linked the section to Training Services. |
| Training call to action | Client requested the headline Let us train you! and copy inviting requirements, target dates and headcount so a suitable schedule and budget can be prepared. | Applied the requested headline and scheduling/budget message, with a direct route into the training enquiry flow. |
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Sector structure | Client approved the alternating-row layout but requested exactly seven sectors: Oil, Gas, Marine, Petrochemical, Renewable, Subsea and Industrial Training. | Preserved the alternating layout and expanded the page from five rows to the exact seven-sector taxonomy. |
| Sector imagery | Client asked for more vibrant, industry-appropriate pictures for every designated sector. | Updated all seven image treatments for stronger colour and contrast, with truthful sector-specific imagery and descriptive alternative text. |
| Closing call to action | Client requested 25% larger green text, the heading You need trained, come partner with us, and revised competence-development copy. | Increased the CTA eyebrow scale, applied the supplied heading and paragraph, and retained the existing action button. |
| Hero description | The later Industries submission clarified that the seven-sector list was authoritative. | Adjusted the hero description so it no longer contradicted the seven-sector structure presented below. |
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Contact hero | Client felt the page was too training-centric and requested the heading Get a Quote… with broader operations, training, equipment and consultancy wording. | Applied the new heading and rewrote the introduction around all four enquiry categories with a next-working-day response expectation. |
| Enquiry typography | Client requested that the enquiry-section wording be approximately 25% larger. | Increased the relevant type scale while preserving the two-column desktop layout and clean mobile stacking. |
| Enquiry topics | Client wanted the general selector limited to Operations, Training, Equipment Supply and Consultancy. | Reduced the general Contact selector to those four choices while retaining the separate 16-course selector on Services booking. |
| Enquiry email | Client requested that the public enquiry address be changed to enquiries@iratosgroup.com. | Updated the visible address and form-recipient routing to enquiries@iratosgroup.com, then propagated it through every footer. |
| Locations, WhatsApp and hours | Client requested an eleven-country location selector, the Singapore WhatsApp number and Monday-to-Saturday operating hours. | Added all eleven group locations, displayed +65 9835 5884, and set operating hours to Mon–Sat, 9:00am–6:00pm. |
| Enquiry acknowledgement | Client requested an immediate acknowledgement for WhatsApp enquiries originating from the website. | Added an immediate in-page acknowledgement and a prefilled WhatsApp enquiry link. A true automated WhatsApp reply remains a WhatsApp Business account configuration rather than a website setting. |
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Group history and footprint | Client supplied the 2007 founding story, Bulgaria origins, eleven-country expansion, Singapore headquarters, independent local operations and 25+ years of experience. | Structured the full story into readable sections on About instead of placing a long paragraph over the Home hero. |
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Approved course catalogue | Client required the training catalogue to contain only the supplied course families and to remove unapproved variants. | Replaced the catalogue with the canonical 16 course families and removed unapproved variants, unsupported duration claims and unverified codes. |
| Technical terminology | The supplied notes contained several inconsistent technical spellings. | Standardised recognised industry forms including TOFD, HiPot and SNT-TC-1A across Courses and linked service content. |
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Operational, specialist and booking lists | Client supplied definitive operational, repair, training and specialist service lists and requested that no unrelated Other choice remain. | Completed the omitted supplied service details, retained the canonical operational/specialist structure, removed the non-approved Other course choice and made the course selection required. |
Everything from your answers in the questions link, with the single exception of the sector video — that one is waiting on your steer about the concept. The home page gained a drafted welcome intro carrying your tagline, a global footprint map lighting up all eleven countries, and a testimonials section clearly marked as draft copy. The Services page gained the Operational / Training dropdown beside the company dropdown you asked for, and the same split now appears in the main navigation. The OPITO offshore survival course has been removed everywhere. All enquiries and bookings now go to headoffice@iratosgroup.com. Ten new high-resolution photographs were added across the industries and services.

|---|---|---|
| Welcome intro | Chose “You draft it for my approval” for the short welcome section near the top of the home page. | Drafted a welcome band directly under the statistics strip, carrying the tagline “IRATOS Group. Your trusted partner.” and a four-sentence introduction covering the two service lines, the eleven country entities and the competence-first principle. Ready for your approval — say the word and the wording changes. |
| Tagline | “Our tagline is IRATOS Group Your Trusted Partner!” | Set as the headline of the new welcome section on the home page. It already appeared as a chip on the Services page; it is now the first thing a visitor reads. |
| Global footprint map | Ticked all eleven countries for a map that lights up where IRATOS operates. | Built a new Global footprint section: an accurate world map with all ten overseas country entities filled in green, Singapore marked as HQ in the brand red, and an eleven-card country list underneath. It is drawn as vector artwork, so it stays sharp on any screen and adds no image loading time. |
| Testimonials | “So you will use AI to generate testimonials regarding both our operations and training services and later we can update.” | Added a six-quote testimonial section — three for the operational side, three for training — each attributed to a role and a sector rather than a named person or company. They are clearly labelled as draft copy on the page so they cannot go live unnoticed; send us real client feedback and we will swap them in. |
| Sectors we serve | Asked for plenty of nice HD images across the industries and services. | Replaced the construction and manufacturing thumbnails with new high-resolution photography and added a fifth card, Renewable Energy, to match the sectors named in your own services document. |
| Training disciplines | “Regarding the OPITO offshore training course you can remove this for now as its not possible to add.” | Removed Offshore Survival from the discipline list and renumbered the remaining five. The Marine & Offshore sector is untouched — only the training course you cannot yet deliver has gone. |

|---|---|---|
| Service-line dropdown | “In addition beside each company to have a dropdown menu 1. Operational Services 2. Training Services” | Replaced the Operational / Training toggle with a second dropdown sitting directly beside the company dropdown, labelled exactly as requested: 1. Operational Services and 2. Training Services. Both dropdowns stay in sync with the page and with the “Book seat” buttons. |
| Training catalogue imagery | Asked for plenty of nice HD images across the industries and services. | Added a photographic band to each of the four training clusters (Access & Height, NDT & Inspection, Welding & Codes, Rigging & Mobile Platforms). |
| Booking inbox | “headoffice@iratosgroup.com — later we shall allocate new email addresses for each country.” | Seat bookings and course enquiries now go to headoffice@iratosgroup.com instead of the Reputifly test inbox. When the per-country addresses are ready, the company dropdown can route each entity to its own inbox. |
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Services dropdown | “For the companies and their services / training as a dropdown.” | The Services item in the main navigation now opens a dropdown with Operational Services and Training Services, each landing on the right view of the Services page. On mobile the two options appear as indented items under Services in the slide-out menu. Applied to all six pages. |
| Footer | Implied by the removal of the offshore course. | The footer Training column now links to Rigging & Lifting in place of Offshore Survival, on every page. |
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Offshore Survival | “Regarding the OPITO offshore training course you can remove this for now as its not possible to add.” | Removed the whole Offshore Survival category — sea survival, HUET and offshore induction — along with its index entry and its mention in the page description. Five categories remain. |
| Category imagery | Asked for plenty of nice HD images across the industries and services. | The catalogue had no photography at all. Each of the five remaining categories now opens with a wide high-resolution image of that discipline in practice. |
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Renewable Energy | Your services document names the renewable-energy sector; the Industries page did not cover it. | Added Sector 05 — Renewable Energy (offshore wind, solar and transition assets) with its own photography and four capability points. |
| Sector imagery | Asked for plenty of nice HD images across the industries and services. | New high-resolution photography for the Construction and Manufacturing sectors, replacing the generic stand-ins. |
| Marine & Offshore | Follows from removing the offshore survival course. | The two bullets that advertised sea-survival and offshore induction now read rope-access inspection over water and confined-space entry in tanks, voids and cofferdams — work IRATOS actually delivers. The sector itself stays. |
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry inbox | “headoffice@iratosgroup.com” | Website enquiries now arrive at headoffice@iratosgroup.com, and that address is shown on the contact card in place of the previous one. |
| Feedback option | “For enquiries you are providing a feedback online option yes?” | Yes. The form’s dropdown is now labelled Enquiry about and offers, alongside the courses, Operational services (inspection / repair / specialised) and General feedback or suggestion, so the same form handles enquiries, quotes and feedback. |
| Offshore Survival | Follows from removing the offshore survival course. | Removed from the enquiry dropdown. |
Built a brand-new Services page structured exactly around the layout requested: a company dropdown that switches between IRATOS entities, and a shift between the Operational and Training service lines. The Operational line lists the full inspection, repair & maintenance and specialised-services catalogue from the supplied services document; the Training line adds an upcoming-intakes schedule with one-tap "Add to Google Calendar" and a booking request form. "Services" was also added to the main navigation and footer across the whole site.
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Company selector | Requested a dropdown menu that shows each company, with all companies kept identical for now since the focus is the layout. | Added a sticky company dropdown listing all 11 IRATOS entities (Singapore HQ, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Bulgaria, India, Bangladesh, UAE, Algeria, Nigeria, UK). Selecting an entity re-labels the catalogue context and the booking form; every entity currently shows the same group catalogue, with per-country add/remove ready to switch on later. |
| Operational / Training shift | Wanted a shift between "Operational Related" and "Training Related" services. | Added an Operational / Training segmented toggle that swaps the whole catalogue in place (deep-linkable via ?tab=training). |
| Operational > catalogue | Provided a services document listing the group's inspection, repair and specialised offerings. | Built the Operational line as three categorised blocks straight from the document: Inspection (12 services), Repair & Maintenance (8), and Specialised Services & Equipment (5), each with descriptors and discipline tags. Standard NDT abbreviations were tidied (TOFD, HIPOT, SNT-TC-1A). |
| Training > courses | Training-related courses from the same document. | Listed all 16 accredited courses grouped into Access/Height/Rescue, NDT/Inspection, Welding/Codes and Rigging/Mobile Platforms, linking through to the existing Training Catalogue for full syllabi. |
| Training > view & book | Asked for a way to view and book training via Google Calendar or similar. | Added an "Upcoming intakes" schedule of 8 dated sessions; each has an "Add to Google Calendar" button (opens a pre-filled Google Calendar event, no login required) and a "Book seat" button that jumps to a booking form with the course and dates pre-filled. The form emails the IRATOS enquiry inbox on submit. |
| Section | What Client Said | What Was Done |
|---|---|---|
| Header & mobile nav | Implied by making Services a primary destination. | Added a "Services" link to the desktop and mobile navigation on Home, Courses, Industries, About and Contact. |
| Footer | Implied by the above. | Added "Services" to the footer Explore column and a new "Service Lines" column linking to Inspection, Repair & Maintenance, Specialised Access and Training & Booking. |
