IRATOS Group is a Singapore-based industrial training provider serving the oil, gas, marine and heavy-industrial sectors. We exist to make high-risk work safer, one assessed, competent worker at a time.
IRATOS Group grew out of frontline experience in rope access and industrial safety. Our founders spent years on ropes, in confined spaces and on offshore structures, and saw first-hand the difference between a certificate and real, tested competence.
So we built a training company around that difference. Real equipment. Real scenarios. Instructors who’ve done the job. Every programme ends in a hands-on assessment, because that’s the only way to know a skill is genuinely there.
Assessed on real equipmentSkills are built through practice on real equipment, not slides. Our ratio of practical to theory reflects how the work is actually done.
Every trainee is assessed against clear competency criteria. A pass means the skill is demonstrably there, for auditors and for the job.
Our programmes map to internationally-recognised safety frameworks, so your certification is understood and respected across the industry.
“A certificate should be proof of skill, not a substitute for it. Everything we do starts there.”

Whether you’re training one supervisor or an entire shutdown crew, we’ll design a programme around your operation.
